On their rambles the young bulls learn to be tough and aggressive in the face of any threat to their self-esteem, to be strong even when wrong and to sharpen their skills to be of service to as many females as their mating prowess allows. Bio: As an Author and Community Activist, Raymond works to galvanize the minds of our young people and encourage positive and productive behavior in meaningful ways. This will allow young people to enhance their growth and development in building moral character. Raymond's aim is to present programs and projects that develop Human Potential, Produce New Thinking and Renewal of the Mind. Raymond has assisted in raising funds for displaced women and children and has been trained in: Childhood Development, Mediation (Conflict Resolution), Youth Deterrent (at risk youth), Leadership Development, and Grief Counseling.
